Associates
Associates are those who, under the terms of Associate Agreement (AA) with
Quexx, offer competitive services or products that support our efforts and
strategies, to the mutual benefit of all parties. Although the scope of their
services and products is listed on Quexx Web Site, Associates represent
independent business entities and may use their own Internet Domains and Web
Sites for marketing .
Associate Agreement (AA) is a bilateral document which defines the principles
for the compensation for the intermediary services delivered by Associates,
where applicable. The Agreement recognizes as the foundation for this
compensation the relationship between the first party (Quexx, an Intermediary)
and the second Party (the Associate), and another relationship between Quexx and
the third Party (the Receiver), where the Associate and the Receiver would not
have met if it weren't for the work of the Quexx.

Confidential Disclosure Agreement
is required before Quexx Associate Agreement.
